Cool Spoons Frozen Yogurt and Treats is one of our coolest clients - literally! We help out this local Carbondale business with social media, graphic design, and we've even put on a few paint parties since working with them.
WEBSITE AND CMS
We wanted to help Cool Spoons create an incredible online experience for all of their Fro-Yo loving customers, new and old. For their most dedicated customers we built a custom Customer Management System complete with loyalty rewards. Customers are able to create accounts, receive marketing communications via email/text about new flavors and events, and earn digital points towards a reward with every purchase (just like a punch card).
That wasn't enough, though. We wanted to make sure their customers had plenty of ways to earn these rewards too. That's why we created a complete digital presence at www.coolspoons.com. Customers can browse the menu, learn about the business, and even place online orders for pickup. You can see pictures below, but if you want the full experience you should just visit the website.
Graphic Design
Whether it was celebrating a holiday or making some "cool" posters, we handled graphics for social media and for printing and posting around the store. And of course, all people want discounted stuff, so coupons were created to give people all the more reason to come in for that cold fix.
Social Media
Snapchat filters and Instagram posts featuring frozen yogurt are now our specialty. SAL members go to take the photos and videos for posting every week, and we also produced a promo video for the business to post on social media.
Events
We've all heard of paint nights with wine, but what about froyo and paint? We made it happen, and it was so popular we came back and did a second one. Below are posters and a video from the event.
